Our first order of Z180 galvanized coils, 0.8 mm × 1,250 mm, for industrial shed roofing showed width variance of up to 4 mm on several coils in the first shipment, which caused fitment issues on our roll-forming line. We raised this with the supplier immediately. They investigated promptly, confirmed a slitting calibration issue, and reshipped replacement coils within 10 days at no additional cost. The replacement material measured within ±1 mm tolerance consistently. Communication throughout was professional. We have since placed a second order and the quality control has been correct. Cautiously optimistic going forward.
