Initial moisture issue flagged — resolved promptly with replacement batch
Our first 400 kg order of dried mealworms arrived with moisture readings of 9.2–9.8% on our in-house check, above the stated below-8% specification. We raised the issue with supporting lab data. The supplier's QA team responded within 24 hours, acknowledged the variance, and arranged a replacement consignment at no charge within 12 days. The replacement batch tested at 7.1% moisture and met all other specs including protein at 49% DM. Appreciate the quick resolution. Giving three stars for the initial issue but supplier response was handled professionally.
